2nd Annual Dahlonega Literary Festival
February 18-20, 2005

Atlanta, GA/November 12, 2004 - The 2nd Annual Dahlonega Literary Festival will be held President's Day Weekend, February 18th-20th, 2005. Last year, over 40 authors conducted book signings, readings, and seminars throughout the historic town square. This year will be an expansion on the first annual festival, with more local authors as well as some internationally known authors, a book sale, plus much more.

To initiate the festival, a kick-off dinner will be held Friday, February 18, 2004 that will enable guest to meet the authors and presenters of the festival and to also enjoy the festivities.

There will be enjoyment for booklovers of all ages and genres. Featured author Jerry Glanville will be reading and signing books. The children can gather around for story time and excitement from special guest, the White Rabbit, the fanciful character of Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Don't be surprised if you spot Clifford the Big Red Dog sniffing around the Scholastic Book Fair in historic downtown.

Please check back for more information to come.
